Looks like a group of evil legendaries from the 5th gen to me. If it was rotom forms, wouldn't a picture of rotom be in the middle of the shadows? Besides, Rotom isn't legendary.

Soble, I think we've gone over this before: the term 'Legendary' is relative. I think a couple COULD be Rotom forms... but like Soble, I think if they were, there'd be a pic of Rotom somewhere.

Like I said in that other thread, I REALLY hope there isn't going to be a 5th generation.

I'm going with Blueeyess' theory and say they could be new forms of Rotom. And even then, there's way too many alternate forms.

Umm, Dustminion, he's Alpaquick now, you should call him that.
I have no clue what they are, but one looks like a Rotom form, I think it was the blue one.

Personally, I think if they were Rotom forms, more than one of them would have Rotom's arm-like things.

I also think that they are new Rotom forms for number of reasons:

1. Many new forms are coming out for generation 4 pokemon
2. There's got to be a reason that you can only get Rotom after you've completed Sinnoh Dex, especially when you consider that Rotom is the only new Pokemon that you can only get after you've completed the Sinnoh dex that isn't a new evolution to a previous generation Pokemon or a legendary.
3. There's got to be something special about Rotom, considering how hard to get he is AND considering that Rotom pretty much sucks and the fact you get it on such a low level.

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

In the famous word of someone I don't kno0w: 'If it LOOKS like a duck, and QUACKS like a duck, IT'S A FREAKIN' DUCK!!' Following that line of reasoning, we can assume that if you can only get 1 wild Rotom, and that if it has legendary battle music, IT IS A LEGENDARY POKEMON!!!!!

On another note, contrary to what was said above, and also something I've said many times before, the term 'Legendary' is relative, people.

It's not legendary. A tiger shark has the stripes of a tiger, a catfish has the whiskers of a cat, and a koala bear has the letter bear in it's name. Is the tiger shark a tiger? No, it's a fish. Is a catfish a cat? No, it's also a fish. Is the Koala bear a bear? No, it's a marsupial. See that?

Flarsable, u have struck me a thought.

The orange could be a regigigas forme.
The blue one could be a regice forme.
The purple one is a regirock forme.
The red one is a registeel forme.
And the green one is a new evil pokemon OOOOR a new regi.

True... but they're named after characteristics they SHARE with other animals. Except the Koala. I don't know why people call them bears. But, on that note, just because it's a marsupial doesn't mean it can't lay eggs. Nature can be wierd like that, 'cause there are also mammals that lay eggs and snakes who give birth to live young.

And Pokeon can be just as weird as real life, but, as fivestarzookeeper said, one-off would probably describe it, like the guranteed shiny Gyrados in G/S/C.

Sov, Rotom isn't legendary because it can reproduce another one of itself in the game. Also, if the official Pokémon website says that Rotom isn't legendary, it's a safe bet that it isn't legendary. And the term 'legendary' isn't relative, that quote is derailed by Cresselia and Shaymin who have normal battle music but are undoubtedly legendary.
