Okay. I've been sick, and now must pay and clean up the mess.

For Kooky: I thought it could be half-Yin, Half-Yang, which is why it would be YINi-YANay. Name could be different, but that was the idea.
-For Sovereign: I like Wraithark!
-For Soble: ShinE said in one topic he wouldn't approve Pidgey Line or Gastly Line evolutions.
-For Trogdor (And Flarsable): Minotauros is good. I was gonna do it, but now you can. Can you help me with a Miltank Evolution? Amazonius sounds good. And for you, Trogdor, and you, Flarsable, I am giving up my Jynx evo., and letting you two put yours up.

A Miltank evo? Hmmm... How about Heffabram (A M1 Abram is a type of tank from the US). If not, here's some other suggestions:

Buffawhite (Based of the Native American 'White Buffalo Woman')
Pasicow (Thinking of the Minotauros thing, I decided why not make one based on Pasiphae, the woman who BORE the Minotaur... hey, that rhymed.)

Once you decide on one, I'll help you devlope it further, 'kay Gela?

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

It's okay. And why are you asking about Wailca? I made the name for the Wailmer prevo so you could use it. It's called suggesting a name. I don't have a Wailmer prevo by that name. Or a Wailmer prevo at all.

Electric baby pokemon
evolves into :
plusle-def>atk
minun-atk>def
neutri-atk=def

Kangaskub
Normal baby pokemon
evolves into :
kangaskid- male, or without kangaskan in party
kangaskan- female AND with kangaskan in party

Demiditto (demi=half)
Normal baby pokemon
evolves into ditto through happiness
starting moves are metronome and assist

Ionat sounds okay. Kangaskub is no, due to staff rules, and Demiditto is weird. If I would do anything to Ditto, I'd give it a Boggart Evolution.

alright. I was trying to use as many non-evolvable pokemon as possible, and use ideas not taken already.

I figured out something. Considering the pf evos and pre-evos and the ones suggested here, the only options of non-evolving pokemon to use are, girafarig, torkoal, relicanth, luvdisc, and spiritomb.
