OK, here are some explanations.

Flyfear evolves from Masquerain when it levels up in the Cargan Desert at night. It resembles a twisted, maniacal, horrifying face. It likes to scare Pokemon for its own amusement, and it will rest on statue faces to scare humans.

Sudoyule evolves from Sudowoodo. In my made-up region (Tuloh), it evolves when it levels up on December 24 or December 25. But it could also level up while holding an "Ornament" or something and evolve. It resembles a Christmas tree, and it can use Ice attacks.

And Jackovine is called "Jackovine" because it has a Jack o' Lantern for a head.

What do you mean they already have a Jack-o-Lantern? Has similar Pokemon ever stopped Nintendo? Look at Caterpie and Wurmple. Taillow and Starly. I believe Jackovine is a good idea. And Sudoyule is not like Abomasnow. Sudoyule is Rock/Ice, while Abomasnow is Ice/Grass.

And you seem to be interested in Medusiren. Let me explain.

Medusiren, I really haven't decided how to evolve it. But it has to be a female Tentacool. Medusiren resembles a humanoid girl from the waist up. From the waist down, it resembles a big jellyfish. And its name come from Medusa, which is the technical term for a jellyfish, and Siren, a beautiful female monster that lured men to their doom. Medusiren can change its form to look like a human girl and lure a human boy to his doom. Just for fun. No wonder they are thought of as enigmatic prophecies of doom in Tuloh mythology. Most of what scientists know about it comes from trained specimens, who do not lure men.

Sorry for getting mad. Anyway, do you have any ideas on how to evolve Tentacool into Medusiren? In Tuloh, you give a female Tentacool a Dawn Stone, but that doesn't work in D/P, so any suggestions?

But if you use a Dawn Stone on a female Tentacool in Diamond or Pearl, it doesn't work! We can't change that! Can we?

OK, I'll stop going on and on about this. I'm keeping the Dawn Stone idea, but if for some reason it isn't accepted, I'm doing the Lure idea.
