I have been very curious about this one. I, as well as many others, want to be a staff member. But we don't know how. Would you give us the step by step process of how you guys turned from newbies on the site to the staff you are today, and how we can do the same?

When the Staff think you're ready to become a Staff they give you a test and if you pass then Voila! You're Staff.

To quote Trapinch:

"You have to work at doing things, be it spriting, coding, or whatnot. For instance, splicing sprites will NOT get you into the PF Staff. Doing custom sprites that look almost exactly like the real stuff is what gets you into the staff, and only--AND ONLY--when the Staff looks at it. You don't ask. You never ask."
