There are a lot of pokemon with different forms. Giratina with the another origin form, Shaymin with the land and sky forms, Arceus with his different plate forms, Deoxys with his attack, defense, normal, and speed forms, Unown with each letter of the alphabet plus the ? and ! forms, and possibly Regigigas are ones with the most major differences. Here I ask this. What other legends do you think should have an alternate form? And if so, how would you describe it, and how would you get it?

Ho-oh: Dark Forme

Ho-oh becomes the dark phoenix and her colors all become very dark-ish as such:

Deoxys: Survival Forme

Deoxys reverts to a state with characteristics from all 4 other formes

Celebi: Northwind Forme

Celebi is blessed with the power to purify nature of human pollutants

Lugia ocean forme

Turns into water/psychic. wings become shorter, back spikes become bigger, neck gets shorter, and is white turns to blue.

Ho-oh heaven forme

Turns to light/flying. wings get bigger, talons het longer, I can't think of good colors.

Tsk tsk tsk. Flarsy, hasn't Mr. S told you about saving things as JPG's? You should save them as PNG files, so that they don't distort. Also, as my little gift, I've done up a Mewtwo[Hyper Forme] for you (although, it's not very good):

Survival(probably HP), SP. Attack, and Sp. Defence, right? And the Mewtwo Hyper Form is awesome! Although the green flame was supposed to be an aura generated by pure power... that's why it was surrounding it. Oh, and MS hasn't said anything about or how to do it. Paint isn't that advanced if you ask me.

Here are the two you asked for Soble (I tried to do a little experimenting with making things bigger on both of them, so... yeah. Ho-oh's left side has a slightly bigger wing and talons, and Lugia's repositioned wing is shorter than the original (I also hope it's okay, I forgot what you'd originally called them, so I named them 'Deepsea Forme' and 'Rebirth Forme')):

Also, Flarsy, they are all Survival Forme. I had envisioned that you trigger Survival Forme with a hold item, so each of those represents the Forme it WAS before it went into Survival Forme. Does it make more sense now?

The forms were ocean forme and heaven forme. U were pretty close. Also, i like deepsea more than ocean, So i'll have it be named that. The look fantastic! But can u reposition the wings of lugia so they are in the same position (preferably both wings down)?

EDIT: Now that we got water and air, and we got 2 out of 3 trio masters out of the way,how bout earth?
Regigas Terra forme
Type: Normal/Ground
Description: Yellow turns to brown, green on shoulders become longer, and is more jagged, green on feet turn brown, also more jagged, white turns to tan, and side dots all turn yellow

Is this ok for you to sprite sov ol' buddy?
EIDT 2: By the way, the green shoulder things drape down the back. They're not stiff.

EDIT 3: I forgot, the hands are bigger too.

It is... ish. I think it looks good that way. But I'll mess around with it and see if it looks any better. If I can't get it to work, I won't post it, though, so don't be too disappointed. Also, I may not get to it today. I'm scouring my house for my AR that I misplaced.

Yes. I'm guessing that was Normal, Attack, and Defence in order.
EDIT: I don't use my AR anymore. i recently used it to catch Combee, Aipom, Burmy(3 female, 1 male), Turtwig, & Dialga
