This is a fixed up version of my Weather Trio myth
.
A long, long time ago right after the Legendary Pokemon, Arceus, created the universe, it saw the Hoenn region. It only had three legendary which all disagreed on how to rule over the Pokemon. Finally the Hoenn Pokemon banded together and sealed the Pokemon away. The first one, Regirock, was sealed away in the desert. The second one, Regice, was imprisoned in a cave on an island. Then finally, the last one, Registeel, was locked away in a tomb. To prevent others from opening and to stop the Regis escaping, a puzzle was placed on the door. The Pokemon began to live in peace, but with no one to control the elements of Rock, Ice and Steel, the land began to fall apart. Regigigas (the trios master) was angry at the Hoenn Pokemon and in his disgust he left to the region to another where he fell asleep in a temple atop a mountain.

Meanwhile Arceus was it's home, a high rocky outcrop just on the edge of the region. Disgusted at what it saw, it created an island and transported all the Pokemon there.
"You imprisoned your kings" it said "Now I'll destroy your world and you shall live here until you die."
The Pokemon were shocked. They did not know what to do. They knew not to argue but out of the fray a small voice emerged.
"Please sir, do not destroy our world. It is our home."
It was a young Phanpy.
Arceus looked down at the small Pokemon and than said, "You are the only thing that is stopping me from destroying Hoenn, young Phanpy, and thus, I have decided that I will not destroy Hoenn."
The Pokemon cheered began to cheer but stopped when Arceus began to speak again.
"Hoenn will not be destroyed completely if you can hatch these three eggs which will help you recreate the world."
Arceus than stamped three times with its golden hooves. Out of the ground three eggs appeared.
One was red and had the texture of Magma. The second one was blue and glittered like the sea. The last one was green and had two rudder like wings on the top. All three of three of them had the same black markings on them.
"Take care of these" instructed Arceus "They will hatch on the night of the Full Moon which is in five days. Do not fear them, they will help you."
With those words it vanished.
Like Arceus instructed the Pokemon got to work. The Grass types made comfy nests for the eggs, the Flying types roosted on top of it, the Fire, Water and Ice types kept it warm on cold days and cool on hot days. The rest of the Pokemon helped out with gathering food and water for the others and protecting the eggs.

At last on the night of the full moon, the Pokemon surrounded the with the Phanpy at the front. The eggs began to glow with white light. The red egg broke first and Groudon emerged. Next, the blue egg broke and Kyogre emerged. After a struggle, Rayquaza broke out too. Kyogre dove into the ocean and began making waves, currents and coral. Rayquaza flew up into the sky and made clouds, wind and the sun. Groudon began forming continents and landmarks like mountains, volcanoes and canyons.
This continued until Groudon and Kyogre finished the new Hoenn. Rayquaza had disappeared into the sky. However Kyogre and Groudon began to argue about the placement of the land. This escalated into a humongous fight where Kyogre used strong water and ice attacks, and Groudon using Fire and Ground attacks. It seemed the fight would never end as numerous Pokemon were hit by the attacks.

Suddenly Rayquaza flew down from the darkened sky and launched out with a with his trademark Hyper Beam attack. This caused an explosion where Groudon and Kyogre, fled to their lairs. However Rayquaza flies around the world, only stopping at Sky Pillar to rest, while Kyogre and Goundon sleep peacefully to the Cave of Origin.
And to this day they remain there, undisturbed, waiting for the ultimate trainer...
