sovereign, I just thought I'd say, to be canon, that Regirock, Registeel and Regice are man-made, and Regigigas is from our world.

The 1st Myth of Florina: Of the Light and Dark
All was nothing in the void except for two mysterious eggs that floated through the Empty. The first egg hatched and from it emerged Ajungo, the Pokémon of Darkness and then the from the second egg came Quew, the Pokémon of Light. At first they kept out of each other's way until Ajungo decided to fill the void with matter. He began to shape a ghastly world of many horrors. Quew was horrified by this new world and began to create her own world to combat Ajungo's. However, in the creation of the two worlds, they fused together, and Earth was born.

The 2nd Myth of Florina: Of a Terrifying War and the Birth of Chaos
With Earth created, Ajungo and Quew both prepared for a mighty war for dominance. Ajungo assembled several Dark creatures for his army, Esqueed, the Pokémon of the Depths, Kathoiga, the Pokémon of the End, Werelycan, the Pokémon of Fear, Catarre, the Reaper of Pokémon and Tetradeth, the Apocalyptic Horseman. Quew created her own Light creatures to combat Ajungo's, the Three Serpents, Skyrm, Searm and Soirm, who would combat Esqueed, Kulshedyre, the Infinite Pokémon, who would combat Kathoiga, Midknight, the Pokémon of Bravery, who would combat Werelycan and Haloconim, the Angel of Death, who would combat Catarre and Tetradeth. Yet even as the two sides squared up, a third unseen force was moving beneath Earth's crust. Born of the fusion of the worlds, the Pokémon of Chaos, Gruegoyle was making its own plans.

The 3rd Myth of Florina: Of the War Itself and the Banishing of the Dark
So it came on a particular day that the armies of Dark and Light stood looking at each other across a barren plain. With a mighty battle cry, Ajungo and his forces surged forward mercilessly. Quew waited until she could wait no more before leading her own warriors into battle. Quew and Ajungo immediately called upon their mighty powers and flew into the sky grappling with each others ancient magic. The Three Serpents, powerful as they were, struggled with Esqueed's writhing tentacles as Kulshedyre fired mighty flames from each of his nine heads, only to see them miss the small, lithe, ubiquitous Kathoiga. Midknight's sword was knocked from his hand by Werelycan and the two struggled in a deadly embrace as Haloconim used his razor claws to attack the bepincered Catarre and his scythed brother Tetradeath. This fight continued for many days and little ground had been lost or taken. Suddenly, from the Earth's core Gruegoyle emerged in all his terrible glory. Quew was distracted by Gruegoyle's emergence and Ajungo used her lapse in concentration to fatally wound her. All eyes were on Quew as blood poured from the wound. She spoke to Ajungo:
"In killing me, you have done a terrible thing and for it, I place a geis upon you. You shall dwell eternally in an inescapable cloud of darkness until you show remorse for my death."
And thus she died.
The Light army watched as a cloud of darkness enveloped Ajungo and carried him high into the sky. The battle did not continue then for a new threat had presented itself in the form of the ferocious beast that was Gruegoyle.

The 4th Myth of Florina: Of an Unlikely Alliance
Gruegoyle appeared on the surface and started wreaking great havoc on Earth, destroying many things. The armies of Light and Dark knew they must put aside their differences and work to quell the beast. However, despite their powers, they needed help. So, combining their knowledge and powers they created all the Pokémon that inhabit the world. With a new army at their back, they attacked the mighty Gruegoyle. Though many were their casualties, they forced Gruegoyle back into the Earth's core. The army had won a mighty victory, but all was not well.

The 5th Myth of Florina: Of the Ascension of the Legendaries
The Legendary Pokémon knew that as long as they remained wandering the world, creatures would try to use them to fight wars and wreak other such havoc. So each of the Legendary Pokémon hid itself away. Esqueed crawled into a deep, dark trench, far away from any Pokémon. Searm found a sea cave that was to his liking and entered a deep slumber. Skyrm flew high into the sky, so high that his light body simply hovered, and he too fell into a deep sleep. Finally, Soirm crawled through the densely packed clay of the Earth's crust and alas, he too fell asleep. Kathoiga and Tetradeth crossed to another world knowing that the end of the world was yet to come, but slept not and kept a watchful eye for the sign that would tell them to destroy Earth. Werelycan raised a terrible forest that would drive all who entered but him insane, and dwelt well in. Catarre hovered between Kathoiga's plane and the plane on which Earth resided, so that he would always be there for those who's time had come to die. Haloconim did as Catarre did, but kept an eye on his counterpart, for he distrusted him. Midknight built himself a fortress and hid himself away in a secret room in a high tower. Kulshedyre, however was paranoid of Gruegoyle and swam through the oozing magma, watchful of the Earth's core, where the Chaotic One dwelt. Before they departed, they created a Pokémon called Manoxidren to fill Florina with flowers, swamps and other such places. And so it came that Pokémon came to rule the flowery region known as Florina. Many eons later, men would evolve from bacteria and take their place.
