I believe flarsable was trying to give nintendo items more effects, so they can be more exciting. Hell, I would use a leaf stone on a bulbasaur if it would raise power in his attacks. But I say this in defense of sov. If you replace the entire effect out, it is a no go for me. Add ons are awesome.

Wellm, I was basically just doing it for the fuser. The Leaf Stone will only raise the power of Grass moves and slowly heal if you use the fuser on a Pokemon that evolved from it. The effects I gave the items below the Fuser only come in effect when you use the fuser on a Pokemon that evolved while using that item.

Growth Chemical- A strange chemical that was created in the Secret PokeArmy Base in Terroh Region. If used on a pokemon, it makes the pokemon evolve to its next stage. Happiness -30
Max Chemical- A strange chemical that was created in the Secret PokeArmy Base in Terroh Region. If used on a pokemon, it makes the pokemon evolve to its max stage. Happiness -50
Emotion Chemical- A strange chemical that was created in the Secret PokeArmy Base in Terroh Region. If used on a pokemon, it 60% of changing pkemon's happiness to 100 and 40% on changing pokemon's happiness to 0.
Key items:
Pokeball Sniper- Use this in battle. Be sure to have enough ammo(pokeballs)! CRx2
Camo Suit- Decreases the chance of meeting a wild pokemon by 2.
Mountain Bike- A bike that can go through any terrain except water and lava.
Hold Items:
Camo Helmet- If held, increases Evasiveness.

The items above are only found in the Secret Pokearmy Base

Key Items:
Jump Shoes: Lets the player go up small hills. Wears out after walking for a while in them(200 steps)(Automatically un-equips & prevents use of it, forcing you to buy new ones at the Spring Jump store($2500)) Must have beat 5 gyms.
Drill: A drill for digging. Try using it in rock.(Items buried in rock can't be scanned by the Itemfinder)(Must use to get to lower levels in the Lenlake Mine, also must have some Ropes to get back up)
Items:
Rope: you can tie this to a rock near a hole and it will stay and when you come back to the hole the rope will be there and it will ask you if you want to go up. If you do, it will disappear.

Wait, You can't buy Key Items. You can't lose them either. Why not make the Jump Shoes "Recharge" after 200 steps, like a VS seeker?

Well it's a Key Item because you wear it, and you have to buy it to get it. It's an exception to that rule.

Maybe instead of buy a new shoe, you can just buy a sole for the shoe, so you can still wear them as regular shoes.

What? When the Jump Shoes wear out, you have to buy new ones because worn out Jump Shoes don't jump. All you do is pay $2500(which is, like, $25 dollars) and the jump SHoes don't say they're worn out. It's kinda simple if you ask me.
