Feather: A hold item that increases the power of Flying type moves. Every non Flying type damaging move has a 5% chance of lowering the foe's speed.
Belt: A hold item that increases the power of Fighting type moves. Every non Fighting type damaging move has a 5% chance of flinching the foe.
Air Ball: raises the catch rate of Flying & Wind type Pokemon
Illusion Ball: Increases the catch rate of Psychic & Magic type Pokemon
Luster Ball: Increases the catch rate of Electric & Light type Pokemon

Candle: A hold item that increases the power of Fire type moves. Every non Fire type damaging move has a 2.5% chance of burning the foe.
Shotgun: A hold item that increases the power of moves that involve blasting, doubles the power of Water Gun & Hydrogen Gun.

Vulcan Ball: Increases catch rate of fire and rock types
Forest Ball: Increase catch rate of bug and grass types

Question on the Vulcan Ball: Shouldn't it be called Molten Ball or Volcano Ball?
Ocean Ball: Increases the catch rate for Water & Ice types, seems to have a relation to Kyogre...
Earth Ball: Increases the catch rate for Rock & Ground types, seems to have a relation to Groudon...
Draco Ball: Increases the catch rate for Dragon types, however it increases the catch rate more than the ones for two types.
Icicle: A hold item that increases the power of Ice type moves. Every non Ice type damaging move has a 2.5% chance of freezing the foe.
Sludge: A hold item that increases the power of Poison type moves. Every non Poison type damaging move has a 2.5% chance of poisoning the foe.
Mud Ball: A hold item that increases the power of Ground type moves. Every non Ground type damaging move has a 5% chance of lowering the foe's accuracy.

Sync Helmet: A hold item that increases the power of Psychic type moves. Every non Psychic type damaging move has a 2.5% chance of lowering the foe's special attack & a 2.5% of lowering the foe's special defence.
Key Items:
Book(Vol 1): Teaches you about the basic battle strategy
Book(Vol 2): Teaches you about the types(basis, things they are good against, things they are bad against, things they do nothing to, things they are weak to, things they resist, things they are immune to, and they same thing for type combos, after each type it will ask you to continue reading or to stop, so you're not being tortured reading this stuff without a break)
Book(Vol 3): Teaches you about catching, training, battling, & evolving Pokemon.
Book(Vol 4): Teaches you about Items, Key Items, Poke-Balls, TM & HMs, Mail, & Medicine.
All four books are obtained at the classes in the PokeSchool and are required to have before fighting the first gym leader(or that's how it is in Tena)(The teacher stops you when you're close enough to the gym & says you need to study and brings you to the school).

Crescent Pendant: When taken to the Temple of the Moon, it will summon Cresselia

Sweet Berry: When taken to the Temple of the Forest, it will summon Celebi

Prismatic Wing: When taken to the Temple of Crystal, it will summon Ho-oh

Pink Fur: When taken to the Secluded Cloister, it will summon Mew (the Secluded Cloister is the only temple not in a city)

I think the Renegade Ball should increase the Catch rate for Ghost types. And maybe the Temple of Crystal Should be the Temple of Rainbow, or something color related because of Ho-oh being the Rainbow Pokemon. Ad if the Rainbow Wing isn't in Mystery Dungeon, the Prismatic Wing should be that. And why do the Eon Pokemon get the Sapphire Ball & the Ruby Ball when Kyogre & Groudon are the mascots of Sapphire & Ruby Versions?

I suggest to keep PF Pokeballs and Berries thread open and post here only regular and Key items, so we will keep all the items classified.
Also, when you post your items, I suggest to include the power and effects they have when they are thrown with the move Fling.

Bomb
A dangerous artifact that damages all Pokemon if activated.
Item type: Held item
Effect: Damages all Pokemon in battle (damages the 4 Pokemon in Double Battles) when the user receives a physical attack.
Fling Effect: Power: 130. Fire-type attack. 30% chance of burning.

Fast Band
A band that makes the Pokemon faster, but weaker
Item type: Held item
Effect: User always goes first, but its Attack and Sp. Attack is halved
Fling Effect: Power: 10

Doom Claw
A claw that doubles power, but may faint the user
Effect: Doubles Attack and Sp. Attack, but adds the chance of fainting the user
Fling effect: Power: 80

Tail Fossil
Ancient fossil that can be used to resurrect the Velociraptor Pokemon (My Fake Pokemon)
Item type: Fossil
Fling Effect: Power: 100. Rock-type attack

Fang Fossil
Ancient fossil that can be used to resurrect the Tyranosaurus Pokemon (My Fake Pokemon)
Item Type: Fossil
Fling Effect: Power: 100. Rock-type attack

@ Flarsable: 1) That's an okay idea, but I like the idea of it resetting Happiness. 2) It's the Templa of Crystal because what does a prism do to light? It makes a rainbow. 3) Rainbow is the Key Item for Ho-oh in GSC. 4) Because they are the colors of Rubies and Sapphires, whilest the Titans are more akin to the Powers That Be. Besides, the Eons are the hidden mascots of the RSE games.

Here's some more of my Key Items:

Tatered SheetMusic: It seems to have an intricate song on it... Maybe you should show Mew.

Earth's Symphony: Music written by Mew itself. Play it on the Heaven's Flute.

Glass Flute: A hollow, glass flute. This should be taken to Celebi.

Hallowed Flute: A flute that makes sweet music. Take it to Cresselia.

Soul Flute: A flute that shines with an otherworldly glow. Take it to Giratina.

Heaven's Flute: It's tunes seem to echo into nothingness. Play it for Arceus.

Dark Emblem: A small, intricate symbol. It matches the one on the Old Mausoleum.

Shard of Void: This shard radiates a feeling of emptiness...

Void Gem: This was blessed by Darkrai. It glows with an evil luster.

Twilight Crystal: Darkrai said this would help him control the wrold... Better not let him get it! (Darkrai uses this to pseudo-evolove into a horrible mutation called 'Wraivoid', the end-all villain in my plot. Un-catchable, he is what happens when Darkrai's tue nature is unlocked and set free)

So, what are everyone's thoughts on these? I would like honest opinions.

Hook Fossil: A fossil of a hooked talon. Reviving this will give you a Pokemon. Revives Skeledon

Spike Fossil: A fossil of a spiked spine. Reviving this will give you a Pokemon. Revives Resurrex

Volcano Orb: An orb glowing with heat. Using this at the Hazy Shrine in Argon might be a good idea. Allows the capture of Legendrake

Forest Orb: An orb glowing with the power of nature. Using this at the Overgrown Shrine in Argon might be a good idea. Allows the capture of Tatzellore

Ocean Orb: An orb glowing with reflected sunlight. Using this at the Arctic Shrine in Argon might be a good idea. Allows the capture of Wyrmyth

Odd Tome: A strange book riddled with odd writing. Using this at the Unown Shrine in Argon might be a good idea. Evolves Unown (A) into Unownymous

Nice ones, Trap. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who put Poke-worship in my plot. Anyways, just to lay it out for everyone, even though no one asked, here's a list of the cities/ places of interest in my own little world, and their significance:

Lunite Town: You start here; Opening sequence
Old Cemetary: Location of the Old Mausoleum; Darkrai's forgotten Temple is here; Tattered Bouquet rests on the steps of the Old Mausoleum
Cheerellow City: Second City; Location of the Pokemon Lab; man here has the Pink Fur
Seaquoise City: 1st Gym; Location of the Temple of the Depths; girl here has the Tattered SheetMusic
Pyred Forest: Leads to Pyred Town; a dusty, burried memory box contains the Sweet Berry
Pyred Town: Rival gives you the Dowsing Machine App; 2nd Gym; Temple of Crystal; Old Woman here has the Glass Flute
Storown City: 3rd Gym; Location of the Temple of Wishes; little boy here gives you the Aria Stone; Cliffs nearby house the Secluded Cloister
Foreen Town: 4th Gym, Location of the Temple of the Forest; You eventually steal the Bloodstone Crown from the museum here
Deathale City: No one here is actually living...; 5th Gym; Location of the Temple of the Dead; Ghost Boy gives you the Joyous Bud
Flowink City: 6th Gym; Location of the Temple of the Fayths; Woman's Skitty is playing with the Tempest Wing
Steegrey City: 7th Gym; Location of the Temple of the Moon; Woman here sells you the Prismatic Wing
Origold City: 8th; Location of Mt. Benedict (Temple of Creation); Arceus gives you the Cescent Pendant

Have you ever noticed that there are no dark gyms in the official series so far? And that rock, water, electric, and fighting has been used for about every series? You should replace one of those with dark.
