I was thinking of these for the ones I missed.

Rock-regirock,?(needs to be rock type move)
Electric-voltash,volt tackle
Fighting-ragnorilla,?(needs to be fighting type move)
Light-ho-oh,UV ray

I have made some changes in my thought process on some moves.
Dragon-palkia,spacial rend
Steel-dialga,flash cannon
Ice-articuno,crystal storm

For Rayquaza, I was thinking of using the most powerful wind type move it can use. And for bug and poison, I was thinking of using 2 other pf staff of those types, but I forgot their names.

So the reason Ace Trainer Dennis's Gyarados & my Arceus in Pearl know Hyper beam and my Flygon in Ruby knows it is because there's something wrong with the games? The Weather trio doesn't have signature moves, or my Camerupt in Ruby and my brother's Camerupt in Diamond and my Wailord in Ruby wouldn't know Eruption and Water Spout.

It doesn't HAVE to be a legend-only move. And anyways, only Camerupt and Wailord can learn Water Spout and Eruption. Also, when Kyogre and Groudon is at the level where they learn water spout/ eruption, Rayquaza learns hyper beam. In poke mystery dungeon Red rescue team, Rayquaza uses its hyper beam to destroy the Asteroid. Isn't THAT enough?

And yet typhlosion, torkoal and entei can also learn eruption AND its a fire move, so I didn't wish to use it. Also, for rayquaza, I was thinking of using the most powerful wind move possible. Hyper beam is TOO common in the learning spectrum. Also, I remember the bug and poison legends I wish to use: invector and bostispine. But I don't know their strongest moves.

I'm just gonna add and change to my liking to show what I think should be added and changed. Also, some of those legendaries don't have signature moves. Cresselia does, but it makes you faint to heal the next Pokemon out fully which is stupid.

Where does this take place? Millions of years later, like in Mystery dungeon Red/Blue rescue team, or in a far...faraway place? This is bombur, isn't it?

However, I remember a part where Kevin, the sableye, dreams of his old trainer or somethinhg. If it took place millions of years after, why would he have a trainer?
