Umm... I explained this in another thread, but I can't find it.

Actually I type normally, then highlight the words I want to be hyperlinked. i hit the chain, and go through the stuff with the scripted window information bar(Temporarily allow it), and open a new tab and go to the address I want the hyperlink to go to. I copy the URL, and paste it in the URL, and finish. voila! And if you want an easier way just open a new tab, copy the URL, and paste it in the post.
Now for the moving words, I hit HTML, and type this:
<marquee>(insert text here)</marquee>
Make sure that the there's a slash before the word "marquee" in the second marquee thing and make sure it's before. Otherwise it messes the whole thing up. To be simple, you can just copy my formula above(or the example) and replace "(insert text here)" with. well, what you want to move. And if you're editing the text, I suggest hitting HTML to edit the words. When you're done it should look like this:
