It means containing errors. It's "I wish I had wool socks", not "I wish I has wool socks".

You get something to do on it. But you get so stuck to your game that you forget to pay your bills, then people come in and reposess all of your belongings, including your DS.

I wish my family could FINALLY MOVE TO PENNSYLVANIA! Where the rest of my family is.

You manipulated Time to change the faults you've had.
However, because after you changed them you have no more faults so there is no reason you gone back in time but the reason is that you change your faults but if you don't have any how do you change it? So another great paradox occurs and the universe blows up.
