That's not possible. I don't think that a Ball could have the effect of a Quick Claw. And for the Return Ball, if a ball catches a Pokemon, you can't use it again because there's a Pokemon in there and the maximum capacity of a Ball is 1 Pokemon. Plus if the character had a Return Ball then they don't need any other Poke Ball.

So the Ball won't do anything unless it's your last ball, right?

Hidden Ball OMEGA
Catch Rate: 1.5x
Effect: Alters a Pokemon's Hidden Power type randomly to Ice, Light, Bug, or Fighting.
Flavour Text: A Ball that can influence the Move HIDDEN POWER. It has an irritable feel to it...

I just finished sov's thing. He was missing four types, so I put them in this ball and used omega, because it fits the theme. I chose irritable because bugs, sunburn, ghosts, and frostbite are all irritable/bothersome. Ghosts are kind of pushing the irritable thing, as they are more creepy then so.

Umm, hello! I avoided Flying, Wind, Water and Bug for a reason! Water/Bug because of the Net Ball, and Wind/Flying because of... oh wait. Well, I would've sued exactly what you did soble, but it would be clouds instead of bird feathers ^.^
