At the beach they came across a salamence, crying.

"Have you seen a wanted Shelgon run past here?" Krabby asked.

"Of course I have!" the salamence weeped. "He's my son!"

Suddenly there was an unexpected lightning burst and a moment of ominous music.

"The police went to his house with a witness to get evidence!" she said.

They ran to the house.

"Captain Arcanine!" Phanpy noticed. "I've been a fan of your services for years!"

"Ah, a fan! Nice to meet you. Alakazam is using his psychic powers to discover what happened just earlier."

"First evidence:" A growlithe said, "a Metal Coat!"

Alakazam used Psychic.

"Oh... aha!... very well..."

"So, what happened?"

"Apparently...

"You mean a Shelgon like me?" The wanted Shelgon said.

Arcanine heard that and immediately sprung into action.

"Attention! We have you surrounded! Surrender the Manaphy Egg!"

"Oh look, here's my ride."

A helicopter rolls in and Shelgon gets on.

"Hasta La Vista!"

He leaves.

"Wait." Krabby said. "That wasn't in the script! We're supposed to catch him and bring him to justice!"

All of a sudden an explosion is heard out side. Everyone goes out and a copter of the helicopter is on the ground, burnt. "You're under arrest." an Ariados Police says as Shelgon is being cuffed in webs.

So Krabby and Phanpy did not get the reward because the officers found him themselves.

Meanwhile, the egg was returned to it's owner.

So the owner lived happily ever after.

The end

Now lets do another story!
