Its eyes are the black spots. One of them (the left one, out of our perspective) has a black tear underneath, if I remember the concept art correctly.

A ghost. Quite simply. It just has a different body structure from Phobain (long instead of a bit hunched).

Like Antarctros, I'll abstain in this round as I like both participants equally.

With that, Sandslash beats Phobain with 10 to 6 votes.

The seventh participant is covered in green... slimyness. This pokémon is all about moss and actually consists of it. Naturally a Grass-type, it has two thick branches mounted on its shoulders. Thus, Branch Blow is one of its specialties. Anywhere where groups of this pokémon stay, everything around will decay if they stay long enough. Unless scared away, they'll always stay long enough and leave only when the area is cleansed. The seventh participant is #PF110 Mosstrous!

Mosstrous faces off against something small, yet very misschievous. Being in possession of gorgeous 'hair' itself, it loves to prank other by yanking people's hair. Other techniques it uses to scare people and pokémon alike are screaming with high pitches and appearing out of nowhere. It scares them because it actually feeds on fear. The fear that it creates is absorbed by its beautiful, cursed, red necklace. The eigth participant is #200 Misdreavus!
