Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

Smeargle is the only non-dragon non-legendary Pokémon that can learn Draco Meteor legally.

For whatever reason, Fire Fang can bypass Wonder Guard no matter what.

All moves super effective against Shedinja are, because Shedinja is the only one who has that ability.

True, but when I say "no matter what," I mean that you could hack a Sableye to have Wonder Guard, but Fire Fang will still hurt it for whatever reason. The other two fangs don't have this luxury.

Ditto doesn't exactly learn it. It can just use Transform and have its opponent's move set. Smeargle can keep Draco Meteor as long as you want it, either in battle or outside.
