Our RPG is meant to take place in Bombur and Bombur alone. We already have a lot of fixed characters to play in there, so if we added all the gym leaders from other regions it would be extremely confusing, not to mention difficult to moderate for Bonzai. So, even if such an island existed, we wouldn't allow people to actually go to the other regions anyway. We do have, however, an island with similar possibilities - Southern Island, where the main ports of bombur are located. The one located at Ardor City is the international port where ferries come from the other regions and vice versa. Once again, though, you are not actually allowed to go to other regions from there, but it is the place where you can get some exotic pokémon species which aren't native to Bombur.

I was saying it, because in Gold/silver, you could travel from johto to kanto and get badges in both places. So, why couldn't bombur? Also, you could access new areas for each set of "exotic" badges.

Why? Because, and I already said it in the previous post, it would be complicated for us to have to control 8 to 32 extra gym leaders besides the characters we already have (eight gym leaders, the Elite Four, three evil teams, a handful of legendary pokémon including Exodus and its minions, and not counting other minor roles); and, also, simply because it is not the point. The point is to travel the new land of Bombur which has as much to explore as any other region. For the other regions, there are already other pokémon RPGs out there in the web which allow to explore them. Try searching, perhaps you could find one to your liking.

Selenica is the region of another pokémon RPG with ties to PF: many old regular visitors and some staff members like Poryhedron worked and/or participated on it; some of PF pokémon were even created first for Selenica and then moved here, like Myrmilion. It was part of an ezboard dedicated to RPGs of many kinds, which now has moved to Gaia Online. I don't know the current status of the RPG because I never participated.

And Soble, I cannot recommend you any particular site since I don't visit many pokémon websites besides Bulbapedia, PF and Serebii. I've done the search for you, however, and I found a place with active RPGs: the Pokémon Elite 2000 Forum.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

Actually, Selenica underwent a facelift when RPGs R Us moved to Gaia. There are a lot fewer fan-made pokémon there these days, although more will be added as the plot progresses.

Well, Ryushikaze is in the RP and his character has a TwinTao. One of PF's earliest Legendary Pokémon also figures into the plot, though most people don't know that. Other than that, there are virtually no fan-made pokémon yet. Gradually, some will be revealed, along with the existance of Magic, Light and Wind-types; this was done because not everyone who finds RPGs R Us on Gaia Online has a fan-made pokémon background.
Fan-made pokémon in Selenica will probably tend to be from Pokémon Factory, because the two are inseparably linked by their common histories (in fact, that's why Light-types and Wind-types are being added into the mix this time around, and yes they will have PF's type relations.) If any more pokémon get made specifically for Selenica, we'll see about them coming here.

Youi said sometime that it included PF's exclusive Light & Wind types. Don't you mean Magic & Wind, because they used Light for various pokemon there such as Galactus. The earliest PF legendary is Voltash, then Flamash, after that Aquash, & finally Slepnir to make the first 4.
