Mind Plate: "When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate."
Iron Plate: "The powers of Plates are shared among Pokémon."

I've never seen the Flame Plate myself, but I have the inscriptions for all fifteen other plates, and it looks like there are just eight inscriptions, each appearing on two Plates. If I'm right, the Flame Plate would have the same inscription as the Splash Plate because I haven't seen a second Plate with that inscription yet.
