Plumpkin

There is a reference page for pokémon locations in the main site. It is not complete, but it covers most GSC pokémon: what isn't mentioned in the section for Decorus, can't be found there. As for the RSE pokémon you mentioned, I can only tell you that Harpillar is available indeed, but I can't tell you about the others.

A lot of these are available in the Pagan Forest, a little later on.

Um, some of the pokémon you said are unavailable do appear, however, under the list for Decorus in the locations page: Florabin is classified as rare, and Plumpkin, Mosslus and Nytshayd are uncommon at night. And the Pagan forest does not appear. Does this mean that the reference page is not trustworthy?
