Damien called after the other twwo. "Hey! Let's meet back up here for lunch!" He then trotted off down the road. Damien took some time to do some window shopping, and even bought himself a new shirt (longsleeve, black, and soft) as well as a hoodie (also black, with an image of a Murraven purched on a church steeple on it and wings outlined in white on the back), before sitting down somewhere. He was startled when a waitress came to his table. "Hi! My name's Tamra, and I'll be your waitress! What'll it be?" Damien looked at the menu quickly. "I'll have an Eve's Eden*, please," he said. The waitress smiled and took his menu before skating off on her rollerblades, which Damien just noticed she was wearing. He sighed. Eventually, I'm going to have to face her... he thought. His drink arrived, and he sipped it slowly as he pondered what to do.

((* - "Eve's Eden" is a glass of pecha and pomeg juice dolloped with cream, sprinkled with chocolate, and heated in the oven, and then garnished with a wedge of an Oran Berry.))

Damien paid for his drink, got up, and went off in search off other things to do until noon, since it was only about 11:30. He ended up going into a bookstore. "Hmm... I do need some new books for when I get bored along the road. He went in, and shivered a bit as he felt the cold air wrap around him. "These people keep the air conditioner down way too low..." Damien noted, and walked along the isles. He came to the fiction section, and picked out three books. One was a story about a girl who wanders into another world, and becomes a hero through a series of magical tests before saving the world. Another was all about a guy who dealt with his own personal demons, working as a bounty hunter until he couldn't handle his conscious, and ended up becoming a vigilante. The last one was a book all about the mythology of the world, with entries on deities from Arkaus to Zappdoz. He thought that the last two would be perfect gifts for Andy and Seth (at least, he HOPED the would be...), and he quickly purchased them and walked out. He looked at a clock nearby, and noticed that it was about 11:45. "I should head ver and meet the guys," Damien said, and he set off in the direction of their rendez-vous.
