Virax (corruption of Virus)
Virus Pokemon
Type: Poison
Appearance: It looks like purple cloud, but the gas is actually a concentration of minuscule particles. Each particle is a Virax.
Dex Description: It is the only known virus Pokemon. Scientists found out that Virax is the source of, among several diseases, Pokerus, and have experimented with it for discovering how to freely induce Pokerus on their Pokemon.
Ability: Poison Air:
Poisons the foe upon entering battle (works like Intimidate)

Taintand (Tainted + Hand)
Evil Hand Pokemon
Type: Dark
Appearance: It looks similar to Floormasters from Zelda Wind Waker, but with a blue "aura" and without the black "hole" under it
Dex Description: Spreading fear, Urban legends claim that Taintand taints anyone, human or Pokemon, by offering them an illusion of the object they desire, only for grabbing them and taking their souls.
Ability: Soul Hold:
Traps Ghost-Type Pokemon, preventing their scape (Ghost-type version of Magnet Pull)


Not exactly a "bad" Pokemon, but it just came to my mind:

Vacci (from Vaccine)
Vaccine Pokemon
Type: Psychic
Appearance: Yellow colored. Similar to Virax, the appearance is a concentration of Vacci, but instead of forming a cloud, they form a cross shaped star.
Dex Description: A Pokemon first created by humans to fight against Virax, before they discovered that it caused Pokerus. Now Vacci is only used for healing both human and Pokemon diseases.
Ability: Heal Team:
Heals the party upon returning to the Pokeball (Works like Heal Bell healing any kind of status effects, and it activates when Vacci is called back)


As Gelatop and MisterSmeargle said, I also think that all Pokemon here can potentially become official PF Pokemon.
