Maybe regigigas' second form will be normal/ice like shaymin's is grass/flying. Anyone thought of that?

umm, Regice is an Ice type. It's a Regi. Why would Nintendo make an alternate for a Trio Leader that shares a type with the Trio it leads? Nintendo probably scrapped Regigigas's alternate, anyway, but haven't said it yet.

I don't think that the alternate formes will actually change the type of the Pokemon. They probably just have altered stats and movesets like Deoxys.

But what about Castform and Wormadam? They're forms change and it not only affects their type but (in Wormadams case) it causes their moveset to change and their stats varie as well. I think it's most likely to follow in the footsteps of The Original One.

The Original One's type changes depending on a Plate(because of Special Ability), Castform changes type depending on if it's Sunny, Rainy, or Hailing(because of Special Ability), Wormadam has three different forms, but doesn't can't change. It's all up to the current Burmy form.
@Darjulok: How could you have been there? There's no new posts since, I don't know, but none new. Zippo. Zero. 0. None. Ihe same PokeDex number as ??????????.

Thanks, Mr.Smeargle! Anyway, what I meant when I said ' in the footsteps of The Original One' was that Regigigas might very well switch forms depending on a hold item. You know, what if it was something like in Pokemon Myster Dungeon Red/Blue Rescue Team, where it'll be something like 'Ice Part', 'Rock Part', and 'Steel Part' ? Only instead of being 'Parts' they could be 'Relics'... I'm getting ahead of myself. We should ALL wait until a new Regigigas form is a confirmed thing.

@Flarsable: The last post I did in "Fake Types" before posting here was on June 13, not 4 months ago as MisterSmeargle mentioned (I assume he didn't notice that I posted in that thread which is the only one I have been active)

Now, this thread went way off topic, and just from the "Shut Up!!" comment. Come on guys, stop this madness and, if you can't get along, at least stop attacking each other. I know everyone here can do that.

Returning to the subject, according to Serebii.net, Sky Shaymin has a different type combination (Grass/Flying) to Land Shaymin (Grass), so this means that the rumored Ice Regigigas could be Ice type while the Regular Regigigas will stay Normal type.
