a glitch pokemon with stats like this:

HP...... 255 (its made to take a beating)
ATK... 1 (its basically made of rubber)
DEF.... 255 (see its ATK reasoning)
S.A..... 1 (its a stupid toy...)
S.D..... 1 (see its ATK reasoning)
SPD.... 1 (see its S.A. reasoning)
-Attack Learn Set:
Start- Wiggle- basically SPLASH
Level 5- Puff- it puffs up and squeaks, bracing for an attack (this has a 30% of nullifying all damage)
-Ability:
Annoy- when it takes any amount of damage it squeaks and boosts the attackers ATK
-basically since it takes such a beating you can unleash wrath upon it and relieve stress... or take forever killing it and get even more ticked off and then spit fire at it and melt it...
