Oh yes, you are right. I didn't read your whole post, sorry. But we both mentioned gave him the same move anyways, I just added a more detailed description.

Spump: Starts to absorb air and getting bigger. If it receives Water attacks its size will increase. Players cannot walk through him. It is deadly in the edges of stages. (It's like Jigglypuff's Final Smash, but smaller and doesn't cause damage)
Snackle: Uses Wrap. It wraps and latches to a player, making him heavier as if it had Metal Cap (it doesn't gain the resistance though) and unable to jump.
Papyrcense. Starts to emit vapor generating an effect similar to the Smoke Ball item, but the smoke is white and covers a huge area of the stage. (Example: it covers half the area of Final Destination)
Tappatte: Hides and then suddenly grabs a player. It doesn't cause damage.
Spookloth Possesses 1 player for an small period of time. The possessed player will ignore the controller commands and will start doing random moves. Player may end self-destructing.
Kalamaari: Uses Gunk Shot. It faces from left to right and right to left shooting ink (similar to SSBMelee Charizard)
Fuzzy Uses Attract. Players will walk automatically towards him, affecting the motility of the character and the direction of the attacks.
Loadelle: Jumps and stuns all players on the floor when it falls. Then, it will perform Rollout towards the stunned players.

I got that idea too, but you posted it first. I was thinking in opening a thread where everyone would suggest a PF Pokemon as a playable character, and would describe at least its B-moves.

I will make the thread right away.

Ok then, I will post here my favorite PF Pokemon that I would like to see as playable character (although I already mentioned it as a Pokeball):

Hysteribel
Carrying his bell, which provides defense, Hysteribel is slow as Ganondorf but equal to Bowser in terms of weight and endurance. However, with his sharp claws and his disturbing moves, Hysteribel can often deal unpredictable attacks.

Special Moves:
B: Metal Sound: Hysteribel start ringing his bell, and will stun nearby foes for 1-3 seconds.
B+Up: Night Slash: Hysteribel makes a quick straight slash. Players decides the direction of the slash with the pad. Works as a recovery move.
B+Side: Taunt: Hysteribel taunts the foe in front of him (this move works even if the foe is on the other side of the stage, but still in front of Hysteribel). The affected foe will only be able to use A attacks for 5 seconds.
B+Down: Armor: Hysteribel becomes immune to A attacks, but cannot move. The Armor lasts 5 seconds, but, as Kirby's Stone, it can be canceled.

Final Smash: Overdrive: Hysteribel power and speed doubles and becomes invulnerable. Also, each attack emits sounds that stuns nearby foes.


For those who want to post their Playable PF Pokemon, I recommend you to add their average stats (Speed, weight, jump, etc; you can compare them with Brawl characters like I did), B moves and Final Smash so we will get an idea of how the Pokemon would move in battle. And an small description of your Pokemon would be good.
