Really... we had never noticed that before :P It's jsut to show what the site was like waay back in the 90s. Why get rid of them? We explain on each page that it's history, nothing more.

And in RSE, a few pokemon were introduced that bred in strange way: breed Marill in GSC and you get a Marill. Breed it with the Sea Incense in RSE and you get Azurill. The reasons postulated for that is that the Sea Incense is something that occurs naturally in Marill's priginal habitat, where they would feel safe to breed Azurill; but, out in the rest of the world, they require Sea Incense to simulate that environment, otherwise it sets off a survival instinct that breeds Marill straight away.

We haven't put anything about this on the site (we're working on moving to a new one), but we're going to make a new incense (or something similar) for Snorlax, meaning it breeds to Yawnlax when held.
