MisterSmeargle, "Lab Scientist" prefix sounds as a worker (in this case, trainer) of the Battle Lab, not as a leader. Why don't you change it to "Lab Director"?
You could change "Temple Knight" to "Temple Guardian" too, because "Knight" suits more to a common trainer than to a Frontier Brain.

And can I be a Frontier Brain even if I haven't started an RPG here? I would like to be the leader of the Battle Lab.

I see. But still the name "Lab Scientist" doesn't fit a boss like a Frontier Brain. In a Laboratory, all workers are scientists, but there is only one Director who is above all of them.

Here is my system suggestion:

Battle Temple
The Temple is similar to the Battle Tower: The trainer will battle 7 trainers in a row and after defeating the 7th he/she will get Battle points.
However, the Battle Temple has additional rules for testing the Endurance and the wise use of items by the trainer:

- In the Battle Temple, the Pokemon are NOT healed after each battle, but Battle Temple exclusive items are given to the player and he/she is allowed to use them on his/her Pokemon.

- The trainer will be given only the next items: 5 BattlePotion (acts as Max Potion), 5 Battle Heal (acts as Full Heal) and 5 Battle Ether (acts as Ether). Its up to the trainer how these items will be used during the challenge.

- After each battle, the Temple guide will give the trainer these options:
Continue The trainer will battle against the next trainer
Use Items The trainer will be able to use the given items on his/her Pokemon

- The trainer won't be able to use the given items during battles.

- The items not used during the challenge will be taken from the trainer after he/she beats the 7th trainer.

- After 3 and 6 challenges, the Temple Knight Daniel will challenge the trainer.

You accept it? That's great.

And I'm impressed with myself because I planned this system without considering the Symbols, I didn't read nor know that an Endurance symbol was for the Temple.

Lab Direc... Scientist Harken
I insist: Change Scientist for Director, since directors have a higher rank than scientists or assistants and, therefore, it suits as the Lab Frontier Brain nickname.

Another thing: What do I exactly have to do as the Lab Brain?
I have to choose 6 Pokemon right? 3 for the 1st encounter, other 3 for the 2nd.
But do I have to participate in an specific RPG?
