I checked in the Pokemon catch list and none of them are Sinnoh Pokemon. I really want to find something like a Shellos or a Shinx.

Hm... Dunno about Shellos. It says in the dex that they change from region to region. Maybe if/when PF makes their own SE version, but not till then.
Shinx should be available on the East of Bombur, near Dy'mn stream. Maybe a few in Decorus Woods.

Ask me here if there are any others and I'll tell you where they'd be. I don't want to add too many Sinnoh pokmon just yet, though.

Shiny Stones are only found in Sinnoh. If you want one, the big mart in Bastion City could possibly order one, at a rather large price; or, the mart in Calida Port usually has a selection of items that are not from Bombur. These are pretty expensive too though.

Starly just don't flock towards Bombur :P There's a way for you to get into the Sky realm, but you're not close to it for a while yet.

I can definitely see an SE for Shellos and Gastrodon. Arceus seems likely to be made into an SE too.

Hippopotas: Desert, on the outskirts where it's not dark.

Croagunk: These are quite rare. There isn't really any marshland on Bombur for them.

Snover: uncommonly in the Askorun Wastes, and maybe the northernmost tip of Grandis Forest. Wrap up warm!
