I'd rather not have characters from other games involved... if you REALLY can't think of your own character, at least use one from pokémon. Or, you know, just use the two characters you've already got. 3 is the limit.

Ok, an Aron. You need to read this.

I don't think Aron come in gold, or bronze - they're made of Steel. The plane to Bombur thing is strange, I need more backstory (since when do security guards care about Aron? They can't speak...) - and unless you can come up with a very good reason otherwise, your pokémon has to start in the Manifold forest. Sorry, them's the breaks.

Pokémon can't speak english without reason. Only pokémon that are specifically noted to speak english (although it's usually uncertain whether this is true speech or psychic/magic powers - Mermage, Gastly, any Psychic type like Mewtwo) or those who had a real, driving reason to learn (like Meowth in the anime) can speak. And this would need to be a VERY GOOD reason, meaning this isn't likely to be accepted by a long shot.

Does it say anywhere in-game that Aron sometimes come in other metals? It says that it eats iron ore - there are harder metals than iron, and gold is especially unreactive. They're made of iron/steel for a reason. (Steel is iron mixed with carbon, and since life is carbon-based, this kind of makes sense).

'To be continued' is not a back story. 'Aron lived in the Manifold forest' is a better backstory. Where did Aron come from? Why is there a trainer chasing him? Why is it on its own, instead of with a family?
