Description:
William Law wears clothes resembling those of modern scientists, though he prefers black and white.He is pale skinned, has semi long black hair, blue eyes, is slim bodied, and is 5'3 feet tall.Is one of the smartest intellectual in his region, though most say this is abnormal. His astrological sign is Scorpio, so true to it's name, he has never lost a battle in his life, and never gives up on anything. But will things change in Bombur? He is bold in nature.
Background:
William Law grew up from a poor family in Nuvema, Unova. However he had promised to get his parents a home in the Orange Archipelago someday. He fulfilled his promise after helping making Quantum Electronics Incorporated.However he couldn't have his company until age 18, so at last, he began his yourney at age 11. However, after defeating the leagues of Sinnoh, Kanto, Johto, and Unova, when he was about to make his way to Hoenn, he found out about Bombur, and decided to defeat their league first. So began his journey across Bombur, to defeat their
PF League.
