Description: Her normal attire is that of a Dragon Tamer, but her suit is reminiscent of a Shiny Garchomp's color scheme, and she has a gold masque of a terrifying dragon, which seems to cover wounds of some sort. Her personality is very grim and shady, almost to the point where she, herself, seems to act like a soulless ghost of a girl, and only seems to battle to win, often giving her Pokemon quick jabs from her fist after they lose. She doesn't talk much but to announce herself, making her seem very vain. When not doing anything, she seems to be dead, and could be confused for a cadaver, having burns (freezerburn, chemical, fire-based, electroshock, you name it) and scrapes, hinting at a traumatic childhood at the hands of a nasty trainer.

Background: Her two starters were given to her by her mother, a powerful Dragon Tamer from Orre, known for her shady actions (such as the scandal about her using her daughter as a 'test dummy' for her Pokes, nice way to raise a kid), and the luxurious Pokemon pedigrees she is known for, before she died. In her mother's lateness, Ginny's older sister (Grand Champion of Sinnoh) Cynthia, has offered to take her in, but a mishap in the boat tickets has sent her to Bombur, instead, the last place she wants to go, because of the many news networks waiting for Ginny's arrival. Currently, after sneaking away from the public eye, she has found refuge right outside the Decorus Woods, serving as a roadblock. How convienient.
