Well, since Xer0 seems to be inactive, I'm gonna start up with this idea I've had for quite a while. I'll edit this later with more information, just for my own personal amusement and benefit. I do plan to continue with Anthony if Xer0 remains inactive for much longer.

Starting Pokemon Choice: Random (although a Flying-type is sort of essential to his character).
Goal: To open an official Flying type Gym in Nidivum Town.
Control Method: Verbal.
Description: Tall and thin with purple hair. His hair is in the same feathered pattern as Winona's, but facing downwards instead of backwards over his ears. The rest of his hair is feathered and a bit shorter, but still fairly long. He always slumps over except when flying. Wears a dark blue aviator hat with goggles that he keeps around his neck, and a dark blue shirt. A white, puffy vest over that, and khakis.
Background: He is always grumpy and judgmental except when flying, and is extremely serious about his pokemon battles. The younger brother of renowned Flying type Gym-Leader Winona from Hoenn, he lived in Fortree city all his life. Disappointed with the carefree attitude of his sister and her lack of reliability at the gym, he trained by himself to one day take over. He challenged his sister with her own pokemon as he has none of his own, and lost horribly because of this fact. He swore to make a Flying Gym of his own, and ignored Kanto and Sinnoh because his sister is well known there, and Johto because of Falkner. Specifically, he wants to create a Flying type Gym that strategically is functional, without a major weakness. He heard of Bombur and decided to travel there upon hearing of the town of birds, Nidivum, and the fact that the professor who was the Gym Leader at the first gym had left, thinking he could fill the gap.
