Description: About 4"4' with blonde hair and blue eyes. A bit skinny for his age. He is very timid and will shy away from danger of any kind (a lot like Ninemone). He usually wears sweat pants and long sleeved shirts. His intelligence is average, but he often makes bad "real life" decisions.
Background: At age 7 he and his older brother got lost in Goldenrod City. They ended up at the police station, but their parents were never heard from again. After searching for a few years, Philip's brother brought him to the Bombur region for a fresh start, but when they arrived Philip was abandoned. He was left with a backpack, almost no money and a broken heart. A kind old couple took him in, but after a year he decided to leave them and go start the new life his brother had falsely promised.
