Wherre are they? and did they stop making them at 410, or are there more? plz help me, i wanna see them!

The reason why there is no Classics 001-299 is because there is no PF or SE or HA or whatever in front of them, they seem to go along with Nintendo's real Pokmon. Since there were 156 or so at the time (with Houou[seen in 1st episode] , Lugia[2nd movie], Togepi, and Marill[then probably known as Pikablu before Orange Islands], and Elekid[2nd movie]), and they knew there was more to come, they started at 300 just to be on the safe side. They got up to 410 when it closed, then reopened a year or two later, and then they used the PF, SE, and HA prefixes, so they could start at 1 and NOT be confused with the real Pokmon. And by this time, probably by the end of Johto League Champions, they knew there were going to be even more.

This is only my theory. I don't know what the real deal is.

Also, Ampharos and Donphan were around then. Pokemonmaster217 explained the reason why very well. Good job!

Yes, I will admit. This is what Mewthree and Froglet were thinking about. What you may not have known is that the original archive starter, not with Gloob, but with the rumored Pikablu. All it was was a dex shot of Marill. At the time, the factory assumed just as everyone else that it was an Electric/Water type. It was taken out when the rumors were disproven and the sight was reformatted.

Wasn't 'Pikablu' in the old PF's gag pokmon? Or did it get moved there? Wow, there was a stage in PF's development as a web site that I wasn't there for...
