You're trying to recruit staff members on our message board? Although I strongly believe I should lock and/or delete this, I shall not. I will give you a suggestion:
You're going about the wrong way with this recruiting thing. PF's board doesn't have many members. If you want people to have sprites, make a banner/button for your site and join big Pokemon MBs. Like PokeMasters. Stick the button/banner in your sig there, and just post. Do it to several major boards, like Serebii.net.
That's how I came to this reincarnation Pokemon Factory. Cult posted on a big board, I saw his banner, remembered the famed PF of old, and clicked on it.

I've taken a look at both matt's as pm217's boards and I must say I think they're both kind off... well... "ripp-offs" of PF. I mean, the Read this first of pm217 is almost completely the same as those of PF!

mine IS a rippoff, thats what its for...Its not started and wont be for a while, but its made to be a substitute of PF, so less quality...Dunno about PM217, but i asked pory

No, let's keep it open - having a ripoff of PF is going to be good publicity!

My forum is a little more for RPG purposes. Use your PNG Pokmon to RP in Neoworld, or use your Lamer Bin Pokmon to just RP about nothing. Or just host a little exhibition battle.

Ah. Thanks go to "Anal Ryu" for pointing out my obvious spelling error.

Here's a question for you. How do you decide whether a suggestion is or isn't good enough for PF? Most of the time you find out by actually suggesting it to PF, but since that isn't possible, are your boards going to be closed as well?
