Did you see the post I made about it? Whether or not you include its pre-evo Equinox is up to you, but what you do include needs to agree with PF's data on it (and, of course, there needs to be credit to the source.)

All Old-Style pokmon are denied unless they become Classics Reborn (found in the Special Editions archive), which none of the ones you listed are.
Please note spelling revisions: Unherd, Mistery (The dex entry appears as Mistry because the artist who did that dex is mildly inattentive to such things, and in this case had a grudge against the idea.)
Mistery evolves into Knightmare when traded with a Metal Coat, and Dryaid is the evolved form of Stalker. Why aren't you including Knightmare and Stalker?
Concreate and Gargo are Magic-types. How do you propose to deal with that?
In addition, note that Concreate's only move is PF-original (Concreate, like Wobbuffet, is a novelty pokmon who cannot use TMs and does not gain any additional moves through breeding.)

It's Mistery? Damn, then the shiny dex is also misspelled.

Since I had such an arrears, I just assumed all finished dexes were didn't have any errors.

S'okay, ShinE. If/when we get around to fixing all of Schimre's errors, the same changes can be made in the shiny versions, but before then it'd just look odd to have the two disagree.

Oh, so to hack you can only change things, not add new things? So in order to make new pokemon, you have to throw old ones out?

yea most of the time but you can add new thing but you must know asm which is advance hacking which i cannot do but i got staff members that can

Makes sense. Adding the Summon move could be done by leaving out a pokmon with its own attack, like Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire or Exeggcute's Barrage...though programming the move's unusual effect would be difficult, I'd imagine.
Are you familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of the Magic type? There's a page about it on the PF web site. If you'd have to change Gargo and Concreate's type to use them, I'd just as soon you didn't.

Looking back at the pokmon you want to include, they include at least one of the following types:
Dark
Dragon
Fighting
Fire
Flying
Ghost
Grass
Magic
Normal
Poison
Psychic
Rock
And, if you include Mistery's evolved form, Knightmare, then Steel as well. This leaves Bug, Electric, Ground, Ice and Water for types that you could leave out to add Magic. You can't really remove Bug-types without giving the National Park a serious overhaul (Ghost-Catching Tournament!?) and you certainly can't remove Water because of the importance of the three water-travel HMs. So you would have to axe all Electric-types, all Ground-types or all Ice-types, or have a staff member with ASM experience handle Magic.

wow good idea but if magic is the only move then i would only have to change one type to make it then changing all the moves(would you like to make magic type move?)and the park can become something much better still cause i am tired of it.It needs to be changed.

there are a number of magic-type attacks already, listed on teh PF site along with a bunch of other fan-made moves. click on this link to go to that page: pf.ultimategamez.com/PF2/moves/ . They're listed in alphabetical order by type. Scroll down a while to find the Magic moves.
