Recomended to post in the feedback,

I am setting up an RPG Board and I really like some of the ideas here, and i was wondering if I were to sprite the Pokemon myself would I be allowed to use some of them with PF's permission for the RPG.

Hmm, I'm afraid not. See, the main point of this place is that it's not just the artwork that goes into the Pokmon ideas, it's the complete details - size, moves, special abilities. If you want pokmon ideas, you'll have to find some creators who are interested in making pokmon for YOU.

Hmm, ahh yes I see, well perhaps if i were to customize that as well, seeing as my RPG will not have Wind, Magic or Light types and ALMOST no fake moves. Also if I recieve permission from the original creator I suppose there would be no problem

You mean like, have it be part of the Pokemon factory? Hmm I dont know I would really like that to have all the members and all but I mean not ALL the Pokemon would be used, like The aliens I already have aliens of my own and a fire starter. But If I could link it to PF that be great.

If you can get the original creator's permission, and you resprite them, then there's no problem. However, a lot of the creators here are loyal to PF, so you might have some trouble there. Also, there are some odd copyright issues here (like that it doesn't apply, but we like to think it does).
All in all, it would be much simpler to recruit your own team from somewhere. Serebii's forums are good. There are plenty of people out there who like to create pokmon, and it would be much better to have some unique to your own game, rather than ones previously used here.
