Well let's see now. I can see you're definitely learning regarding outlines. The next thing is, you see on some outlines, where a line isn't straight, you have this sort of arrangement:





This looks a bit awkward (the line looks a bit thicker there, where we want the same thickness all the way around). You need to change it to this:





Also, depending on where the line is, you might want to use a colour which is in between the line and the colour on each side:




But you can only really do that if it looks right, and the only way to know that is experience to be honest.

The other thing you might want to work on is form; that's the 3d shape you're trying to show with the 2d sprite. The way you show this is with shading, so maybe when you're shading something, try to find something it looks like with Google or something and copy where the shade and light are.
