As I said before; I like to save images from the archives on my desktop (especially if the internet crashes). I want to get all the shiny images up on my computer as well but I have no idea which ones have shiny counterparts. So, I can be refreshing the page for three days without realizing that the POKEMON might not have a shiny

All the pokemon have shiny versions. One of ShinE's duties are to made shiny versions of the pokemon.

Yes, every single GSC and RSE pokmon has a shiny version. Some of the SEs do as well, but it's more fun to find out which ones yourself.
