I've been thinking. As of Diamond and Pearl, we have a three-stage evolution line for Porygon. (Porygon-Porygon2-Porygon3)

So, what of the original Fakemon on this site, Porygon's baby form Protogon? What will be done with it?

Fear not, for this little guy is safe! We discussed this in the staff room, and Poryhedron came with a solution: in Bombur, where the RPG takes place, there really is a hidden Pokmon Factory that creates new pokmon species. Thus, we can safely assume than the Porygon which are capable of evolving into PorygonZ are new versions, whose ability to produce Protogon has been removed in favor of a third evolution. It's up to the trainer to decide wether he/she prefers to use the new version, or the old one that allows you to get Protogon, but won't evolve into PorygonZ.

I think this topic suits best in Feedback. Could someone move it, please?

Heh, my way of doing would be to break the rules.

Pory3/Z's translated data speaks of "strange behaviors" it began to have after being upgraded. Perhaps one of those behaviors would be producing Protogon.
