Someone on another forums has his own game, Pokemon, and Region. He is not me, and his ideas rock so much! If he changes starters to ordinary Pokemon, would he be allowed to approve them here? He is not an admin, he is the only one that works on it. Some ideas probably won't be approvable though. Can he?
