You are definitely a newbie, if a move thread is locked, they currently have too much, and probably will open it later.

You know, Gelatop, there is a way to help people out nicely. If hes new here, then of course he won't understand, and you call him a newbie as if its a bad thing.

But he is right, it means the moves in the thread are being looked over/have been looked over.

Well, I know that when a thread is locked, it means that they have too much.
But just look at the number of pages of the locked threads: they only have 3 pages, while other threads with more than 3 pages are still open.
Shouldn't those threads be locked too?

As far as the Suggest A New Moves topics; those that are closed are looked over, while the others haven't as of yet. They should actually, but the process got stranded because of our switch to DP.
Once that is done, closed and open move topics will make more sense. However, the number of pages in the topics don't matter; only whether they've been reviewed or not.

1 - The wink was to provide the idea it was a joke. I didn't really mean it
2 - I did think you were a supercomputer-angel-god. My bad. Oh, and sorry about the buzzer thing. It was just a practical joke.
