Didn't mean it like that either, Flars. What I meant by whether we need you, I meant whether or not we even have a position for you to fill in the first place. If everything is covered, why would we flood the Staff Room with more people? It doesn't make any sense. Unless we lack a position, we don't add Staff. Also, EP didn't just become staff outta nowhere. He's staff because we needed someone from the inside at Pokengine. That's the actual reason. Everything else he brings to the table is a bonus that we much appreciate. And he does a damn good job working at Pokengine. Without him, we'd be as lost as we were a few months ago about what in the world Jext was saying. That's the reason elementalpenguin became staff, and I was all for having him join us.

Now, if anyone's a worthless human being, it's me, cuz quite honestly, I'm a negative impact on people who hang out with me... And they try to help me, but it's not gonna work, I'm just gonna drag them down with me if they don't stop soon... So in all honesty, as far as the "worthless" position goes, I have no right to talk and you can't take a statement I have made as condescending in the least. Now not to be rude, but you do need to hear this, and this is really something I need someone to tell me: "Stop griping, get your thumb out of your #*! and continue walking." The world isn't out to get you Flarsable, and if you think someone is, then make yourself believe it's me. I'd rather you hate me then be paranoid that everyone is looking down on you.

To wrap it all up, whether you truly understand what I'm saying or not, no one is considered a N00B. For the sake of whatever, that word does not exist in PF until people start using it. There is only members of a growing community. Whether you stay of not, that's up to you. In a way, you're right. We don't care how active you are. You do. That's your business. However, as individuals, I care about your well-being. I wouldn't be talking to you or taking you seriously at all if I didn't. I'm speaking as if you are a normal person. I'm 17, you're 12, a five year difference, but I can treat you with as much respect as I could Xer0 here, or Bonzai, or even ShinE who supported me all this time. If that doesn't prove you're worth more then nothing, I don't know what does.

Decku on the other-hand is not accepted by PF's Community as a staff member. I have had numerous emails telling me that I don't deserve my position and for good reason: I have been bullied, I have been a jerk, I have been lectured and scolded here by the staff. Before I was staff, I wasn't respected too. Do you think I deserve my position? I don't. Believe me I don't. I'm vehement, arguably insane, I suffer from depression, chronic headaches, chronic weakness, cold and insomnia, I have gotten into fights, I am no role model, I'm unstable, I'm paranoid and suffer from split personality disorder (I have 4, and I'm not gonna introduce you). Do I deserve staff position? Am I a normal human being? No. So I can't in any way shape or form, have any right to insult you. If you think I was, that's laughable 'cuz you can insult me right back and it'll make much more sense. Do you understand? I have NEVER said this much online before, but I care about you, and would say it again if it'll enforce that YOU ARE NOT A WORTHLESS HUMAN BEING.

And this goes to anyone else who thinks this way. Whether I like you or not, as a staff member and as a human being, I will respect you, because you have the right to be respected.
