I was originally posting this on the thread about the 'weirdness' that happened in the Suggest a Pokemon part of the forum, but I can't seem to find it so I made a new thread.

NOW what's causing the "The-icon-beside-the-thread's-title-means-that-someone-has-posted-there-but-nothing-is" in the Pokemon chat section?

He means this Pokeball

At the bottom of the forum, it says that if it wiggles, it means that the forum has new message, but according to him, this Pokeball wiggles in the "Pokemon Chat" forum when there isn't a new message. So, he wants to know why it's wiggling.

Probably the time setting for new messages, like maybe it only disappears after a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time.
