I was looking on the Placings of Pokemon list. In the part that says The Sea, it lists, of all things, TORTERRA as an uncommon marine Pokemon at night. We all know Torterra is a Grass/Ground type and therefore probably cannot swim. So tell me PF: WHY is Torterra drowning out there?
