I got a question. Doesn't sheetown look like a reincarnation of mr. game and watch? If so, could you change the image? If not, can you still answer anyway?

Personally, I noticed that years ago. It's alright, considering it's Nintendo's, and it's a cool concept of having a Game-And-Watch-esque Pokemon. Also, they can't edit anything. All they do is add movelists to the old ones, and change their names if Nintendo uses them (like Torterra and Terratlas).

And by the way, the original description of Sheetow was, in fact, "Mr. Game & Watch sans nose". Changes in the look of old pokémon are exclusively the task of the NatDex, but in this case, probably only the pose will change and not the concept, for the reasons that Gelatop mentioned.
