Both the wings are different shape. They should be exactly the same. Also, maybe put 1 black stripe on each wing.
Why does it have a flame tail? It does not fit at all with the green feathers. Just do a regular green feathery tail.
The eyes don't look very bird like either. Maybe raise the eyes a bit and change the shape.

Rather than go about my normal point-by-point retort system, I'll just explain Manoxidren.

Eons ago in the land that existed before Bombur, there was a swamp. However, it was destroyed by Schimre (as everything was). When Schimre began to create Bombur, remenants of that swamp were worked into Bombur by his powers. It took the form of a Poison/Dragon chicken-like creature called Manoxidren. Manoxidren was basically the swamp compressed into a recognisable shape. It doesn't have feathers, what appear to be feathers are hardened 'plates' or 'scales' of swamp mud.. It's body is coated in a thick slime. Like in a bog or swamp, gas is produced within Manoxidren by bacteria. This gas is highly flammable, resulting in its tail which is essentially a will-o-wisp. It's eyes aren't very bird-like because...it's not a bird. It's horns, claws, the small plates on it's stomach and (in the new sprite) its beak are made from the compressed remains of the swamp plants, they're basically an extremely hard fossil feul. In fact, Manoxidren sheds its horns every once in a while, if a human were to light it on fire, it would burn forever due to changes caused by Schimre's powers. So obviously Manoxidren is no ordinary Pokémon. He's a legendary.

Oh woops, I meant to say that because of the fact that although not feathers but plate-like appendages, Manoxidren can still spread them as if spreading wings. So one is raised and has his 'feathers' spread and one is lowered and folded away.
