Unfortunately, I don't think so, no. What might help is placing these three sprites next to official Nintendo DP sprites (like in one Paint file). You'll notice the difference in shading.

Can I see an Ardyh where I can see all three of its heads? And what does an Ardyh head look like? Ardyh is Hydra spelled backwards(as Ekans is Snake and Arbok is cobra(with a K instead of C))

Look for the red spots on the sprite. Those are Ardyh's eyes. Each head has its own cobra-style "hood" that actually looks something like demonic wings.
Note that one of Ardyh's heads is looking to the side, so you can only see one eye on that head, and it's clear that the tips of the hood curve up and forward. The small spikes that run down the back of each of Ardyh's necks can also be seen most clearly on that side-facing head.

While nice, the problem with this sprite was of course that the sketch you based it from was already shaded. It's hard to comment on your shading skills with this one.

You can put little highlights on its head and "armor" because apparently, Wobbuffet is shiny. Its arms look...stiff, or did you that on purpose?

Well if you look just above his right eye (from Worbiflect's perspective) he does have highlights, I tried to make it look more obvious but it ruined the effect. The arms are deliberately stiff, but I might edit the them in the final design.

Sticking to pixel lines (compas points, including NE etc) isn't a good idea - makes the lines look abnormally straight. There aren't really even any Nintendo pokemon that do that.
