Sorry, but I'm afraid putting dexes together is too simple to justify the status of staff member; ShinE and I can do it in no time. The sprites are actually the part that takes the most time to get a dex finished, it's almost 99% of the job.

Nice! good job for a first attempt! May I suggest going www.dragonflycave.com/recoloring.aspx for techniques on spriting that have helped me, and I know most of the staff, on their own sprites.

Ok, I'm not that great a spriter, so you proffesionals should really be telling Catarre these sort of thing.

Up above is my version of one of your sprites. I have improved it, and Im gonna tell you how I did it.

Ok, when you make sprites, smooth the edges alot more. This gives the overal sprite a smoother effect.

Also, don't make all the outline black. Make the outline of each certain peice a darker colour of the colour you have got. (the edges of the shadows stay black though.) See what I have done? It just makes it look better.

Please, all you spriters, correct me if I have given bad advice. Hope this helps though.
