We are going over the issue of privacy in my Ethics class and I felt I had to bring this issue to this community.
FAIR USE IS UNDER ATTACK!!!
Seriously, if this issue has not gone through the factory at some point, it is long over due. You may think you are safe under the premiss that we are making no money by doing this; You may think that companies have nothing to profit by suing children who are expressing their creativity, but believe when I say they can just as easily strip you of your right to draw pikachu as they can to search your house, arrest you, and encarcerate you without charging you for an indefinate amount of time if someone even gives the notion that you may be a domestic terrorist. I don't mean to scare you. but you need to be aware and not completely submissive to everything that seems to be "for your own good".
