Well, for one thing, the true image is far too large. The link is created so that it can be a reasonable size on this board. The first step is to obtain a copy of the picture that isn't so large it'll make us all want to throttle you if you put it in your sig unlinked.

I've made some tests, and I think shrinking it to about 45%-50% of the current size of the image would be best.
